These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through glimmerifygoods.com. They supplement the Terms of Service and the store policies linked at checkout.
Product Selection
The customer is responsible for reviewing the product title, description, dimensions, material, color, quantity and care information before purchase. Natural wood grain, stoneware glaze, textile weave and handmade-style finishes may show reasonable variation from photographs.
Order Acceptance
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. The sale is accepted when fulfillment begins or shipment is confirmed. We may contact the customer if information is missing or verification is required.
Availability and Errors
All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or a clear pricing or description error is found, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid. We will not substitute a different product without the customer’s agreement.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery estimates and responsibilities are described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Responsibility for the product passes to the customer when the carrier records delivery, subject to rights relating to loss, damage, defects and applicable law.
Returns and Remedies
Returns, exchanges, damaged items and refunds are handled under the Returns Refunds and Exchanges policy. These store policies do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
